the hotel had a nice bar with good spirit options. check-in was very simple. vending machines were available in the hallway. i also found the staff to be friendly .
the frosted glass panels in the en suite provided a little less privacy than i expected.

easy travellarge shower headlovely staff
The tram stop sits literally opposite the hotel. This made travel simple. the room had a big shower head which i liked a lot. staff were lovely. They were very helpful too.
i found the room was not cleaned to a high standard.

I was initially pleased enough with the location. the cleanliness was really below par. There were hairs in the bathroom and bits on the floor. The shower head had brown stains. That was so off-putting.

the lounge had a pool table plus its decor was excellent the building inside features a high ceiling this made it feel open i stayed in a family room it had a amazing sea view it was beautiful

The location is very convenient. It is handy for the tram into the center. I found pubs and eateries nearby (nice options!). The suite was spacious. Plenty of hot water was available.
The room looked clean at first look. After I booked, I checked another site and the reviews seemed terrible. Under the beds were filthy. I saw loads of rubbish and empty bottles.
